I enjoyed the convenient shuttle service to the beach. It ran regularly. the staff was friendly, and i found them eager to assist with various requests. the on-site restaurant provided tasty meals in an open-air setting. i thought the pool, nestled among the cliffs, was a lovely feature (i especially liked that it was shaded during peak hours).
the selection at breakfast was somewhat limited, and i would have appreciated a broader variety of options.

The shuttle bus service ran every two hours. This was VERY convenient. Housekeeping kept my bungalow clean daily. The garden was lovely and well maintained. The pool area was relaxing and picturesque.
The gym equipment showed some wear.

the huts had a great jungle vibe. the pool area had the most fine back drop of the cliffs and jungle. i saw many monkeys in the trees. the room included towels and free water.
the floor was made of wooden planks, but there were significant gaps between the boards. i saw ground beneath. i worried about critters and bugs climbing into the room.

The reception team were so friendly and helpful to us. we had a lot of questions and they helped us with all of them. i booked the room with a ceiling fan and it was great value, exactly what i wanted. the gardens are beautiful. I could see the gardening team really cared for them.
Breakfast was quite underwhelming. I'd rate it 5/10. basic items like jam and butter were not provided with the meal. we only received about three or four small pieces of fruit.
